Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. References to "phfan", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operator of the phfan platform at phfan.vip. References to "you", "your", or "Player" refer to any registered account holder or visitor accessing the phfan platform.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the phfan Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with phfan's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the phfan Platform and, if you have an existing Account, contact phfan support to close it.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phfan. They are written in English, which is the governing language for all interpretation and dispute purposes. Translations of any phfan content into Filipino or other languages are provided for convenience only and do not carry legal weight in the event of any inconsistency with the English version.
phfan reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at phfan.vip/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use phfan. This is a firm legal requirement under PAGCOR's regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines. phfan is obligated to verify player ages and will do so during the KYC process. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds within such Account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility
phfan's PAGCOR authorization covers online gaming services made available to Philippine residents. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using phfan is lawful in their jurisdiction. phfan does not knowingly accept registrations from persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
3.3 Registration Requirements
To create a phfan Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:
- A valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS
- A valid email address
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID
- Your correct date of birth
- A password meeting phfan's minimum security requirements
You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. phfan reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify any information provided.
3.4 Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one active phfan Account at any given time. The opening of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where phfan identifies duplicate Accounts, it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts and to withhold any funds pending investigation.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)
phfan is required under its PAGCOR license and applicable Philippine AML regulations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, PRC ID, SSS card, and voter's ID. phfan reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation where standard verification is inconclusive.
Account Management
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phfan login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. phfan representatives will never request your password under any circumstances.
You agree to notify phfan immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. phfan accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.
4.2 Account Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your phfan Account remains current and accurate. Material changes — including changes to your mobile number, email address, or registered bank account details — must be updated through Account Settings or notified to phfan support promptly.
4.3 Account Inactivity
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phfan may apply a monthly account maintenance fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines, after providing advance notice to the Account holder's registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for a further extended period may be closed at phfan's discretion.
Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
phfan currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay), Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20 network). phfan reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Currency
All transactions on the phfan Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. There is no maximum deposit limit; withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
5.3 Deposit Processing
GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically clear within five to thirty minutes. Card deposits may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to reflect in your phfan Wallet Balance.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically delivered within one to three hours after processing. Bank transfers may take up to three business days. phfan reserves the right to perform additional verification on withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts above threshold levels defined under PAGCOR's AML compliance requirements.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified in the Player's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. If a Player received a deposit bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before the associated funds become withdrawable. Please refer to the specific bonus terms for details.
Fraud Prevention Notice: phfan employs transaction monitoring systems as required under PAGCOR's AML compliance framework. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger additional review. Player cooperation with any such review is a condition of continued Account access.
Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and cashback offers made available on the phfan Platform are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, in addition to these general conditions. phfan's promotions are designed for legitimate recreational players and are not available to professional gamblers, bonus abusers, or individuals acting in collusion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry period are disclosed in each promotion's individual terms. phfan recommends reading these carefully before claiming any offer.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are prohibited on phfan:
- Registering multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once
- Using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimize variance rather than engage in genuine play
- Colluding with other players to collectively satisfy wagering requirements
- Exploiting technical errors in the delivery of bonus credits
- Providing false information to qualify for a targeted or personalized promotion
Where phfan determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds, and to suspend or permanently close the Account.
6.4 Promotion Modifications
phfan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any already-claimed bonus is honored under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.
Gaming Rules
7.1 Game Availability
phfan's game library — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, and sports betting markets — is subject to change. Games may be added, removed, or temporarily suspended due to provider contractual requirements, technical maintenance, or regulatory directives. phfan is not liable for any losses arising from the unavailability of a particular game.
7.2 Game Results
The outcomes of all slot and RNG-based games on phfan are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards and dice handled by professional dealers in certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Asia Gaming, and other licensed providers. Game round results are final once confirmed and reflected in the Player's transaction history.
7.3 Technical Failures
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phfan will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the interrupted round based on server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded to the Player's Wallet Balance. phfan is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the Player's side.
7.4 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on phfan cover domestic and international leagues and events including the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, international football leagues, UFC, boxing, and other markets. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Void bets — arising from event cancellation, postponement, or other specified circumstances — are settled in accordance with phfan's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and form part of these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phfan Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, confiscation of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Money laundering: Using phfan to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions to circumvent AML reporting thresholds
- Match fixing and cheating: Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the Platform
- Unauthorized access: Attempting to access phfan systems, databases, or other players' Accounts without authorization
- Software exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to gain unfair advantage in any game offered on the Platform
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes with a payment provider in relation to legitimate phfan transactions
- Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity or documentation
- Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by persons under the age of 21
phfan cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and law enforcement authorities in the Philippines in connection with any investigation of prohibited conduct involving the Platform.
Responsible Gaming
phfan is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It carries inherent financial risk and should never be regarded as a reliable source of income.
9.1 Player Tools
phfan provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account Settings after phfan login:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your phfan Wallet.
- Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after playing for a specified duration.
- Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours up to six weeks.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely restrict your access to the phfan Platform.
9.2 Self-Exclusion
Once a self-exclusion is activated, phfan will take all reasonable steps to enforce the exclusion immediately across its Platform. phfan will also suppress any marketing communications to the self-excluded Account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. If you feel your gaming is causing harm, phfan strongly encourages you to use this tool without delay.

Suspension & Termination
10.1 Suspension by phfan
phfan reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phfan has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- These Terms have been breached by the Player
- The Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
- The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration information
- A responsible gaming concern has been identified
- A PAGCOR directive or law enforcement request requires such action
10.2 Termination by the Player
You may request closure of your phfan Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining Wallet Balance (after deduction of applicable fees) will be returned to a verified payment method in your name, subject to completion of KYC. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon Account closure unless they have already met applicable wagering requirements and been converted to withdrawable funds.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Termination of your Account does not affect any obligations or rights that accrued prior to termination. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law).
Intellectual Property
All content on the phfan Platform — including but not limited to the phfan brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of phfan or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use phfan's intellectual property beyond what is necessary for normal personal use of the Platform.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any phfan content without prior written authorization from phfan. Unauthorized use of phfan's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfan's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claims arising from or related to these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall be limited to the Wallet Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
phfan shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, or data, howsoever arising
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind
- Losses arising from system unavailability, network interruptions, or Force Majeure events
- The gaming decisions made by a Player while using the Platform
- Losses arising from the Player's failure to safeguard their Account credentials
Nothing in these Terms limits phfan's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to submit complaints to phfan's customer support team at [email protected]. phfan undertakes to investigate and respond to all complaints within a reasonable period. Where a Player remains dissatisfied after phfan's internal complaints process has been exhausted, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority.

Amendments to These Terms
phfan reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, phfan will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address on file, by in-platform notification upon next login, or by posting a notice on the phfan website, whichever phfan determines to be most appropriate given the nature of the change.
Minor clarifications and formatting changes that do not affect Player rights may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the phfan Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The version of these Terms that applies to any specific transaction or dispute is the version that was in effect at the time the relevant transaction occurred or the relevant conduct took place.
